Sloppy Joe Dip (Game Day Food)

Ingredients

1 - 2 lbs (80/20) ( I use 2 lbs)

15 oz can of Tomato Sauce

1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce

1 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar

4 oz of cream cheese cubed

1 TBSP Steak Seasoning

1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar

White Onion

Green Pepper (Optional)

Bag of Tostitos Scoops or Sourdough Baguette for dipping

3 Cups of Shredded Colby Jack (preferably blocked cheese)


*********USE AN OVEN SAFE PAN**********


Directions:

Dice up your onion and green pepper

Shred up your cheese

Turn your burner to medium high

Brown your meat and drain. Break up the meat

Add your onion to the meat and cook for 3-4 min

Add your green pepper and cook for 4-5 min

After 5 min, add your steak seasoning and stir

Add 15 oz can of tomato sauce and stir

Add your red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar and stir

Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 10-12 minutes and stir

Add a cup and half of shredded cheese and all of the cream cheese and stir

Once you've stirred it around and the cheese is melted, add the remaining cheese to the top.

Broil for 5-6 minutes but keep an eye on it

Remove from oven, let it rest 5-7 minutes and enjoy with scoops or sliced baguette
